  1. Unplugging and taking some time to dedicate to our inner selves is extremely important nowadays. The modern life is simply too stressful, especially if you are working several jobs and your daily schedule is cluttered. While this might not be a complete yoga retreat, it is amazing that you have included a couple of sessions with a yoga teacher. Yoga as a practice is very relaxing and it can balance out absolutely everything if you immerse yourself into the flow and focus on relaxing.
All in all, this retreat is an excellent idea. The accommodation is really good and the entire surrounding is absolutely stunning.
